| From Kandahar to Canada and from rocket fire to rock music—what did this soldier do when she got home from the frontlines of Afghanistan? She told her story through music. Inspired by her more than two decades as one of the few women on the frontlines of military life, Kinnexa Cross left the military to bring the dark side of life in and after combat to light through music. Kinnexa plays haunting melodies, engaging harmonies, and fiery lyrics to a growing fan base of people who are trying to make sense of today’s chaotic new world order. |
